WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. DELIVERY

Normal delivery from us takes place within 1-3 working days. During sales periods, online events and the like, we have high order intake and then the delivery can take a few extra days. We bear the transport risk, ie the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk of any return to us. We work with fixed shipping fees and charge only one shipping per order. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed without delay of the reason for the delay and we will arrange a new delivery time.

POSTAL PARCELS

Pick up the goods at the postal delivery point. When you choose Postpaket, we send your order with “PostNord skicka lätt” to the delivery point closest to your delivery address. The cost for the delivery method is free. Notification is via SMS (mobile number is filled in before you complete your purchase at checkout). When we have packed the goods, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email where you will receive information about your consignment’s package ID, which gives you the opportunity to track the goods. The avin or sms must be presented when collecting the consignment. If the package is damaged in any way, it is important that you do not pick up the package but inform the staff at the postal agent that you refuse the package due to damage, and it will be sent back to us.
